Need help getting Gnie's ExPERT v1.03 to work

Hi, I recently dled expert v1.03, but after I open up the rar file I get these two files:

but when I try to open the exe, nothing happens, and even when I extracted the exe and plugins folder to my desktop and tried to open the exe, it still didnt work :(

Any help would be really really appreciated!

That's odd. Have you tried restarting your computer, then trying again?

I just tried that and I got an animation that looked like this (pic is just part of the animation)

and after the animation nothing happens :(

EDIT: Hah, just tried v1.05 and it works, thanks!
