i have nero 7 and everytime i try to put a video in at the very start of it's video burning program i get a error saying Unable to insert (file name) i'm totally confused because my program fits the allowed formats thank you ahead of time

Some versions of Nero7 are causing untold problems, do you know which version you are using.
