im useing swap magic and when I put shadow hearts in it looks like its about to load up but the screen stays black any clue on what I need to do also im useing verbatim DVD+R and all the other games I made a back up for work fine

hmmm I went to were you told me and im not sure what part will help me with whats going on so I still dont know what to do on makeing shadow hearts work

Well, it may need rebuilt. Also the media you are using, PS2s prefer DVD-R than DVD+R, try getting some verbatim DVD-R 8x and burning at 4x after a rebuild.
