your english is okay. At least you are trying!
Sure you can use Nero Vision Express to burn series.
I have put up to eight half hour episodes of my favorite show using Nero vision express.
If the output is to big for DVD, I burn to my hard drive, and then use DVD Rebuilder/CCE basic to re-encode. It looks great when complete.

Yeah, he could do that, but if you have the time, output to HD DVDRB/CCE works wonders. It will take some time, but it looks really good when finished!

also need to know your pc stats as DVDRB/CCE is a little resource hungry although it does do a good job

Ok,
Just make your project like normal with Nero Vision express, but don't worry about file size. Just make sure it is no bigger than 8 or 9 GB as then the compression would be a lot.
Instead of burning to a disc, burn to a folder on your hard drive.
Then import the files into DVD Rebuilder, and re-encode.
Here is a great guide for DVD-RB.

There are always burn options, I believe Nero's is about the final step, instead of choosing to burn to disc, create a hard drive folder and select that as your output.

I've made 8, 1 hour, episodes fit onto one single layer disc in nerovision by first burning to the harddrive and then dragging that output into Nero recode. I've experimented with more episodes than that but the quality starts to become obviously crappy. Haven't had a problem yet with the above method.

well if your using Nero then provide the log file.
Quote: p.s the files are mkv
not once did you mention the files you are using. Now half way through this post you do.Maybe you can give us all the details. What are you using to convert.Nero wont cut it with this select file type.Try using avi2dvd.Its more than likely going to handle ogg/mkv etc file type conversions before you attempt to burn with nero
