How do I join a TopField first to BottomField first mpg

I have 2 mpg files. One is a TopField first file, the other is a BottomField first. I'm trying to join them in TMpgEnc MPEG Editor, but it can't join the two types of mpg. Is there a work-around or another program that would do it ?

Figured it out - TMPGEnc PLUS 2.5 lets you reencode an mpg file as either TopField or BottomField first.
