is there any way i can delete a dummy without rebuilding the whole game?

i backedup my orginal game to patch it so i could play online and bypass DNAS but when i tried playing the copy it wouldnt boot, i found out this because of the dummy, many ppl have said that i replace it with a textfile but ive tried doing that and injecting the textfile through isobuster but it doesnt work, please help me, my real question is
is there any way i can delete a dummy without rebuilding the whole game?if there is please tell me how or link me, if there is not please tell me how to delete it, if your wondering i backedup and patched my game using dvd decrypter, iso buster, disc id inserter and then windip

Do you have Nero? If so, open the iso in ISOBuster and extract the files to your hard drive; then transfer the files from your hd to Nero, in the same order that they are listed in ISOBuster....excluding the dummy file!

Just get Nero Burning Rom.... you can get it from nero.com or edited by ddp
