A couple sites claiming to have a product that can play burnt games without a mod chip?

I just stumbled across this site, which claims it's software will copy a ps2 game and let you play it without any mod chips. Has anybody tried this software, or does anybody actually know if this will work? Below is the link:

hmm you can play them ont he computer too? sounds fake

plus dont trust sites that dont even have their own domain

100% fake.

The fact that it says you can play them on your PC is what makes it obvious.
