"hey everyone. i have tried every dvd/cd media out there. to tell u the truth ... they are all the same. trust me."
um, yeah, this statement is only true to a degree. i have actually tested this theory as i one thought the same thing. as when it comes to burning material. yes this is true, but when it come to something like sound quality, some are better than others. other than that your pretty right on.
Look around the forums a little and you will know that what you have just said is a complete crock.
All DVD's are far from being the same, they use different dye's, they have different types like MCC or MCM
The media makes a big difference in whether your games will work or not and also whether your laser in the PS2 will last, and the game will play for a long time. With cheap store brand DVD's i would not expect the dye to last too long, 2 years tops, so be ready to have the game stop working or possible ruin your PS2 laser.
Do some research before you start a totally untrue and useless post such as this.
there are plenty of media threads out there from EXPERTS who have tested a ton of DVD's that will tell you that they are NOT all the same.
