How to make UMD disks??

Is it possible to buy blank disks put UMD data on it? I'm thinking there must be an adaptor for blank disks, or some type of reader/writer available??

for this to happen sony would have to let it happen. you really just cant make a umd burner yourself. sony would have to make the first burner or release info needed to a comp like tdk for them to make one. and not remember then you would have to buy umd-rs and umd-rws which wouldnt be cheap

well, you never know, Sony has some naughty workers from the inside. They played a big part in homebrewing and reconginsing firmware and crap. The leaked information to the public(not ny media obviuosly)...made it a lot easier...

they play some part in it, other wise people would just be trying trial and error for the nxt 2 years, the leaked information was a platform which form there on became bigger projects e.g. homebrewwing. Who knows better wbout the firmware? The poepl who made it...

i don't think that they had a major part in it, whether it be for 1.5 or for the 2.0 downgrade. for the fw 2.01 to be cracked we will probably need some one from sony to sell out, but psp fw 1.0 was a very simple fw which is why it was exploited.
