can anyone tell me why my nero burning rom keeps telling me that it has failed to burn when i try to burn a film i have downloaded...this is a recent problem as i have not had any problem in the past...i have nero ultra it reads something like nero has failed to burn at 32x(4,800)kbs per sec..many thanks please not too technical with replies ..cheers
Can you post the last section of you Nero log here? Just make sure you edit out your serial number at the top. That way, we'll find out what the problem is.

The Nero history log is a text (notepad) file located in those respective directories as mentionned above on your hard drive.
What you need to do to post that is to just open it up, then copy and paste the last section onto this website. The sections are seperated by these ===============.

This is what you are looking for, its the start of a Nero6 log....Nero7 looks the same only it's found in a different location
