Don't worry, it's okay.

Just be aware that some of the gameplay movies will be nothing more than a black/white screen.

That's about all you'll be missing. I do it all the time to Xbox DVD9 DVD's. I replace the big bik's with blank bik's... Although, I don't think that the ps2 format games uses bik videos.

Hope that helps!

Most likely it's a bit bigger than 700 mb bytes.... probably like 764 MB. But with that in case, I would also put in a bit of dummy data to prevent your ps2's laser from wearing out, and then burn it on a DVD, but hey, maybe it's a bit less than 700 mb, most likely it is, because someone ripped it to fit on a single CD. If it is 6xx mb, than burn it on a cd! Good luck!

Hello Yojilo, first of all Tekken 5 the 700 mb one that you are talking about i saw. It is real, just remember when you download it and unpack it or extract with WinRAR its going to become 3 or 4 gbs. People compress games to make them quicker to download. But me I buy my games, some i rent and burn, some i borrow and burn, but for the most part they are my own games. Dont owrry the file is legit

No you see Desmet9, it is a RIP. They RIPPED things out! It would say "FULLDVD" if it was the full DVD. Trust me.

The only way 4GB's can be converted to 700MB would me using UDHARC or something like that, and it uses advanced compression methods.

hello

i dont know what your problem is,but here i see another senior member making rash judgements and statements like that before doing there homework, having a go at other members.
i dont know what it is about this site, but all i see is people wanting to jump down on people???

if it was a question,it would have the ? @ the end

therefore its a statement,and a true one,

why do you think its called a dvd-rip?,its because the movies and cutscenes and extras are ripped to fit onto a cd,i have quite a few of them, most of which i have done myself.
you end up with an iso that is around 700 mb

so yeah,in answer to your question "what am i talking about"
i know exactly what i am talking about thanks

why do you think on CMP it has the "restore option" on it,???

cheers

hello

have you actually got the game now?
what size is the image?
there is a patch for it,but thats for the proper version (none rip)

you can try restoring it to dvd format, but thats only if it is actually a dvd rip.

cheers!!

hello

why are you trying to mount it with alcohol,is my next question?

either burn it to cd disk using dvd decypter or try restoring the iso image to dvd disk (not sure this will work, but worth a go)

cheers
