i recently tried to backup MLB2K6. i used dvd decrypter, did the whole IS0 READ/WRITE process and burned it onto a DVD R disc. i then used the sawp magic tool and disc(dvd) to play it, but when i try to load it, it says that it is "not a valid PS2 disc". i know im doing the whole swap process correctly because i have NBA Live 06, which i burned months ago, and i can get that one to work everytime i try it. so i guess the problem is the actual burning/backing up of the game. i think i know how to use dvd decrypter because i have burned many movies and, like i mentioned before, i burned NBA Live 06 a while ago. is there ne thing i could be doing wrong? or could it be that MLB2K6 just can't be burned. any help would be appreciated.

editing this message..... i foud out that you need to download and burn zoneloader DVD for mlb2k6 to work....

i just found a site http://www.ps2nfo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52 and it has about 5 files to download. do i download them all and burn them to a disc to use????

Yea, You download it an burn it on to a DVD-R/CD-R disc, anyways, I am hearing that Zoneloader doesn't with on Swap Magic 3.6(not sure if true), If you have Swap Magic 3.6 and got it to work, give an answer please.

I downloaded zoneloader and burned the iso that i unrared and used the swap meathod with it and mlb2k6 and it works flawlessly with swap magic 3.6. I used TDK DVD-R media to burn to @4x with DVD Decryter on a lite-on drive.

So swap magic 3.6 and zoneloader and mlb2k6 works great.

an easier download is here http://www.ps2nfo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1153 . look at the bottom 3 files, then down load which ever one applys. for MLB2K6 i downloaded the zoneloader dvd one because it is a dvd style disc. after unzipping the downloaded file, you'll end up with an .iso file that you can burn to a dvd r using dvd decrypter. and after you burn it you do the swap magic process and instead of putting in the burned mlb2k6, you put in the zoneloader disc, then do the swap magic process with that in there, and when it's time to swap it, put in the the burned mlb2k6 disc. i'm a rookie at this, but searching the forums helped me figure it out
