i bought a cheap laptop before i went to uni, thinking i'd do jack all with it but have got addicted to farting around with it, as i bought a cheap one it can't run half the things & games i want it too. i have a compaq presario m2000,i have upgraded the ram and hard drive, does anyone know if i can upgrade cpu and graphics card? i have a ati radeon xpress 200m and the graphics are crap, cheers.

You are basically stuck with what you have.
Replacinga laptop CPU is not easy and chances are upgrade won't even be supported on the board.
As for the graphics, there are now some USB 2.0 graphics cards available, but they are intended as support for additonal monitors or replacement of damaged onboard VGA, they are definately not upgrades.

At the very least, you can add RAM and change out the Hard drive. Short of that, not much.

Trouble is, he's already done the HDD and RAM upgrade, as stated in his first comment, so he's now out of options.
