I have downloaded a film but It came as a .bin and cue file, how do I burn with nero and how do I make the quality settings much more higher. When I mount the bin and cue files they seem to be vcd.

Use VCDgear to convert to mpeg1. Then use DivXtoDVD and convert mpeg1 to mpeg2. Finally burn with Nero.
