im about to order some verbatims discs to use for my back ups does it matter what speed i buy as they do x25 x16 and others.

Your best bet would be 8X....next would be 4X.

I agree, i like the 8X myself, i never go above that.
And i think the Verbatim Datalife Plus is what a lot of people are using to do games, you may want to ask about what type of Verbatim discs are best before you order them

i got 5 verbatim advanced azo+ 16x should i get 8x or 4x in future because the 8x dvdrs i was using skipped and jumped but the 4xs didnt. im kinda new to this ya see

the discs i was using were mr dvd but i now got told to use verbatims the 16x seem to work.
