Are you sure that you have Quicktime downloaded onto your computer? If not, download here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
Even if you do, upgrade to this one and see if that fixes this problem. ;-)

hey Rheeya, welcome to the iPod forums.

First and foremost, I suggest you try reinstalling quicktime.

If you are lacking the installer on your computer, then download it here;

Windows
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

Mac
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/mac.html
