I just ordered swap magic and a flip lid for my ps2.some say it wont work for certain games ?could some one tell me if this is true ...please tell me what games . didnt get it yet just wondering what i was in for....

Swap Magic doesnt work with like 89 % of the ps2 games i think thats what my friend said .

I'm fairly new to the scene. I got Swap Magic 3.6 just over a month ago, and heres a list of games I've downloaded so far.

Black - PAL

Fifa Street 2 - PAL (I HAD TO REBUILD USED GNIES EXPERT TOOL, DOES IT AUTOMATICALLY IN SECONDS)

Fight Night Round 3 - NTSC
James Bond From Russia With Love - NTSC
Shadow of the Colossus - NTSC
Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition - NTSC
Need for Speed Most Wanted Black - NTSC

Fifa 2006 - PAL (I HAD TO REBUILD THIS TOOUSED GNIES EXPERT TOOL, DOES IT AUTOMATICALLY IN SECONDS)

Tekken 5 - PAL

ICO - PAL
The Godfather - PAL
Time Crisis 3 - NTSC
EndGame - NTSC
Dino Stalker - NTSC
Tomb Raider Legend - PAL
Smackdown Vs Raw 2006 - NTSC



Every game works flawlessly, I used Verbatim (TYG02 Dye) DVD-R 8X burned at 4X using DVD Decrypter.

So Swap Magic has saved me a small fortune, trust me, its great :D

I dont think there is any game that wont work with Swap magic after a rebuild.

I may be wrong though.

thanks for the info. mainly the games i have copied are write from a origonal disk.i guessthey should work ?rebuild ????what is this method for downloaded games or orig ?

You must rebuild a game if it is over about 4.3 GB to work with Swap Magic,its not difficult though.

I used gnie's ExPERT_v104. He has V105 out now but not sure where, ask him and he'll give you link.

You can get ExPERT_v104 along with the rebuilding plugin from here.
