Hi everyone!
I wanted to back up a simply red concert that I had.(dvd9)
I used dvd decrypter to create an image file to my HD and then burned the image file witn Nero (burn image....). I burned it on a DL+ verbatim media.
My dvd player (Pioneer 470) had problems reading what I burned (it took ages till it loaded up and when it did, it had lots of skips) I tried to burn it once again and had the same results :(

Am I doing something wrong? Why does my dvd player can`t read it?
Is there a better way to backup a full dvd?

Try using Decrypter to burn. Just change the mode from iso read to iso write. Pick the mds file and burn.
Players can be picky w/ media especially dual layer. Your using the best media.
Here's some suggestions:
Is your firmware on your drive up to date? If not up date it.
Try burning at 2x.
If your drive is capable booktype the discs to dvd-rom. Decrypter or Nero can usually booktype depending on the drive.
