Well.. I don't know why but japanese use "Winny",(p2p program using nods-not server).
You need approcale to run them(if you don't use japanese windows) and menues are 100% japanese. You have to add nods in some specific site(I forgot it), and files you can search are related with active nods you know.
If you can read japnanese, or have japanese friends, use "Winny". If you're not, just use ed2k programs.
