Playback thru Sherwood Dig Rcr

I seem to be having a problem playing back a copied DVD thru my Sherwood Dig Receiver - which is connected via an Optical cable.

Do I need to change any settings in DVD Shrink/Nero?

Sync Problem

I appear to have a mismatch between picture and sound on copied DVD's too.

Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.
