when i converting wmv,vcd,vob,etc..to ipod vdieo format. how many mb reduce.ex i convert 100mb file to ipod vdeio format how many % reduce may be 50 mb ?
Well you would want it to be reduced 50%. There are a few factors effecting the file size you end up with. The smaller the file size the lower the quality, but on the iPod's screen it isn't really noticable. Lowering the bitrate of the video [I believe 700 or so is the max the iPod can handle] and the framerate will give you a smaller video size. Lowering the bitrate of the audio will also give you a smaller file. Your question is a bit hard to read but I hope I've answered it.

It's really depend on your encoder.
For example. I test it by useing wondershare Video to iPod Converter.
Cause it contains two encoder----xVID & H.264
When i use xVID, the conversion speed is fast, but just reduce 20%.
When i use H.264, reduce up to 50%.
So it is hard to say how many % reduce.
Maybe you can test it.
