Hello.
I've tried many versions of VSO ConvertXtoDVD , but they all gave me the same problem.
When i try to convert any movie...the subtitles aren't added.
It just converts , but...no subtitle.

I try to add .srt subtitles... i am thinking about make a fixed subtitle...

Well , WinAVI , a software that has a lower quality than the VSO fixed the subtitles...

If someone can help me,i would thank a lot.
Pablo.

Hello,

sometimes you have to use your dvd players remote control (and press the subtitle button) in order for your subtitles to be activated.

Eventually you can post your log file here, to see if the subtitles were correctly added: you can also take a look at this

It would be a good test to try, I really don't know the answer though

but I just saw the price, wowzers for CCE! I hope it does a better job. As for diko are you talking about the free version?

But other tests have been done in the past like this one (of course I am sure the versions have changed a lot since this test was done back in February: this was a test done a while back between , AVS Converter, Canopus Procoder, Convertxtodvd, Cucusoft Pro, Mainconcept, and WinAVI. Just scroll down and look at the image shots, I do realize it is in french, sorry
http://forum.gravure-news.com/encodage-dvd-mega-compratif-convert...

let me know if you have the time to do a test, if you dont I will try and do one with diko and I will post the results if you cant (but what where is diko+cce)?

Hmm...i will make this test
I understood that you don't know what is DIKO+CCE

I use DIKO GOLD.
In configuration...to encode i use ElCCE , Sonic Foundry Soft Encode

you can set-up those things in DIKO's configuration

=]
cheers
Pablo
