you can buy ram anywhere almost all pc stores or bestbuy, circuitcity, comp usa.....first check your motherboard and see what you can upgrade too and how many slots you have to put ram....

Try this link to give you an idea.
There is a blue button half way down the right hand side with scan my computer on it.
It will tell you what you have and what you use max.
Obviously when you know, you can either go with the Crucial which is good memory, or just get the same type from another manufacturer.

Best RAM I've used is Corsair TwinX Pro XLL.
Any Corsair is good, Crucial is good RAM.
Mushkin is v.good.
OCZ.

If it some obscure make that no-ones heard of, or unbranded, then its not going to be that clever.
Either way, as long as it works it should be okay.
Better RAM will let you bring the timings down and overclock it easier, it will also work at higher voltages without blowing.
Your not going to be worrying about that on that motherboard, so any suitable memory from a reputable supplier will be okay.

As just said, its very easy to install.
Make sure you are using anti-static protection when holding it, it can only go one way around in the slot.
It will either just push down and then the two clips on the ends just push inwards to lock onto 2 cut outs, or it will need to be put in at a slight angle and then pulled into upright position where a clip on each end snaps into position.
This depends on what your board supports (how old it is)
