At average, my PF Usage is usually around 360MB. I have 512MB of Ram and would like to know how I could lower my PF Usage other than installing more Ram?

yes you can
you can use less programs at the same time
try ctrl alt delete and select processes
delete some processes with your username that you don't use
that can help
or use an tool like ccleaner and delete some programs from the list
tools>startup that you don't use then your pc will start up faster and
you have less processes and the startup of your pc
