i just tried to patch my version of this game with dnas, but it says the image doesnt support it, but wen i play the game the online option is there and it even trys to connect then gives dnas error, im usin windip to try an patch the game, so does anyone know anotha program to patch dnas other than windip, or know wot the problem could be

I have the same problem. I tried using PS2NFO.COM Image Patcher V1.6. With no luck. Anyone else got any ideas? My version of the game as Lan and internet play enabled.

I can only suggest that you may have a corrupt image file if WinDIP can't read it.

You could try the old fashioned method of extracting the DNA$ file & inserting the ID with 'Disc ID Insertor', then injecting the DNA$ file back into the image with Apache or WinImage/WinIso

My backup worked fine with Swap magic 3.6.. I used WinDip 1.7 to patch it for online and it works fine.

I got it to work using WinDIP 1.7. So if anyones have problems try using the newest version then patching.

yup, there's a beta and a retail copy floatin round the web, PAL version anyway.

there doesn't appear to be a beta of the NTSC version going around though, any NTSC version should be ok - it was only the PAL version that was leaked early, which turned out to be a beta copy that was unable to go online.

Actually, it wasn't a BETA copy, it was an 'Italian Review' copy & it could go online - cos I had it. There is NO BETA version of this game in either PAL or NTSC, and all versions, NTSC, PAL Retail & PAL Italian Review can go online.
