hi trying t back up lion king put when i have tried it with anydvd and clonedvd and shrink and dvd decrypter they work ok but i get no sound any body got any ideas plz. anydvd 5.9.1.1 dvd shrink 3.2

you can try to hit your audio button on your remote for your player.....this should change the track for the audio! If this doesn't work then you didn't record the audio track when your recorded the movie! try playing it on the computer...... Another reason might be if your audio track is DTS and some players won't play DTS! soooooo you get movie without sound. I don't know what settings you did when you used CloneDVD2 or Shrink! Soooo don't know everything that you did when you recorded the movie.... I can only suggest these remedies that might help you. Good luck!

well did the audio button work on your player, or did you try to copy again and made sure that the audio channels were checked off so it will have sound? did this help?

you did something wrong! try updating your AnyDVD adn clonedvd2 and start again! there's nothing special about this movie and it's old now! the updates take care of everything!
