CDLoader Questions for multiply games on one Dvd

I've read quite a few forums about how to put multiply games on one dvd. They all say to get CDLoader to make a menu so you can enter the games you've put onto the disks, the problem is they give you the site to download (www.ps2ownz.com) the cdloader, but I can't find it on the site. Also, in the guide the person mentioned:

My ps2 is v12 so I'm not even sure a CDLoader for this version is even out yet...

So if anyone can shed a bit more light onto this subject I'll appreciate it. Thanks for all help provided in advance.
