hi all, ive never had the patience to make a dvd video using nero as it takes far too long to encode . but recently ive been trying to make a dvd for my son and the latest version of nero and previous versions have just crashed the pc with a dire tone as it does so. i have used the clean tool etc etc and no other applications are running in the background so im at a loss? is there any other software where i can compile a dvd video with little fuss and where i can burn to dvd+9 media.

thanx jay

I certainly can't read the logs and make any sense of them, but you might check this website to see if it has any bearing. I just did a search for wnaspint.dll

This is interesting. Obviously you have, according to this purchased your burner and it came with a version of Nero.
Most burners that are a bundled package will only support the version that came with the burner.

Can you give us a few more details...was it a "bundle'?

So that what you last posted can be read properly, go to the pen and pencil icon on the top right of the thread and then click on save...any http addresses will appear.
