can anybody tell me how i can reburn a saved nero dvd project without having to go through all the transcoding again?

in Nero Burning Rom.... hit File/Open..... navigate to the saved dvd project and then burn! done!

the transcoding does not seam to be saved along with the file?

A big question might be, have you changed anything from the previous burn? Also, when you say "saved project", was that before you burned it?

Look for an image file with .nrg or .iso extension. If you have one of those, you might be able to burn with it.

If you have the original burned DVD, you should be able to get an image from there.

****** I guess I should add, which I just found out, that when you first start NeroVision, one of the options is to open a save project or image. If you open an image (.nrg) it goes straight to the burn page.

and the same can be said with Nero Burning Rom! it goes right to the burn process!

i CAN open the saved project in nve but the trouble is that it starts transcoding all over again. and when i try to open the files in nbr it cant find them unless i select *search all files* in which case it says unexpected format and wont load them. by the way these files just have .nve as their extensions now and were origionally media files like AVI, mpg, wmv, etc.
