every time i try it on my ps2 it allways has some error reprot talking about the connection

Although I dont have personal experience with that game, I can only think that its either, you didn't patch the DNA$ file to make a unique online identity of the game or the game is much like Socom 2 and 3 in which it has a server side check for the validity of the disk. However, I'd be willing to bet that the DNA$ file hasn't been patched.

He wouldnt get an error message talking about connection if the DNA$ wasnt patched correctly or at all.

Sims Bustin Out is an EA game, which are notorious for connection erros if you haven't opened up the correct ports on your router, or have your DMZ set correctly.

Go to EA's online help page to check your port configuration, or better still; connect directly, rather than through a router, and you'll experience no more connection problems.

Once you're online with this game, though, don't expect there to be anyone else online, as its a very old game.
