after downloading nero i tried to open but error message crc failed in cab\c65395a1.cab unexpected end of archive is preventing installation should i download software again

Download again and used Nero's MD5 checksum program. If they are still using it. http://ww2.nero.com/enu/Nero_MD5_Verifier.html This will tell you if your download is exactly the same as the original.
