i cant backup my copy of toca 3. i succesfully copy it to pc using dvd decrypter but wen i burn it and try to play it it freezes on the second screen. do i need to use iso buster or is there a tool i need ?

It's most likely the media you are using. Look at the - Games stuttering and skipping or just not booting up at all? Link in my signature.

i doubt it is the media because everygame i have copied on these disks has worked and i burn all my games at 2X. is there any other explination apart from bad media ?

If your originals play fine, then yes it is most likely a media issue. yes, it may boot other games, but it is still pretty bad media. What kind of media is it you are using anyway? You should get some Taiyo yuden or Verbatim 8x DVD-R and burn at 2x-4x.
The game may need rebuilt, so just look at the - Games stuttering and skipping or just not booting up at all? link in my sig for rebuilding, if it still doesen't work, then it's definetely your media.

i use blue ridisk 8X dvd-r's ihad the same issue with toca 2 and i used differnt discs

rivision aren't too great. Most of them are CMC Magnetics, which is very bad dye :P
Ok, just go to http://www.svp.co.uk or http://www.supermediastore.com and get some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden. You want to buy i from a reputable store like these two, otherwise you may get sent fakes.

I backed up toca 3 onto sony +r at 4X and it works great (booktyped as DVD-ROM)
I remeber rebuilding it, but there wasn't much of a difference in the filesizes of the original iso compared to be unpacked files.
anyway try rebuilding as it worked for me.

thnx blzert and mik3h 4 takin the tym to reply. i strugle with rebuling il tell ma uncle 2 do it form me. he rebulids all my games :)
