Hello,

I need some advice.

I'm relatively new to DVD ripping and have started to archive all my DVDs to hard disk to play on my Media Center PC without having to swap DVDs. I am currently using Magic DVD Ripper with decent results.

http://magicdvdripper.com

However, I am having some trouble with my StarTrek TNG collection. The ripper software correctly identifies the "title" and length of each episode, but for some reason assembles the chapters out of sequence. I assume this is some form of copy protection.

Maintaining image and audio quality and reducing the time investment in ripping are the most important goals. Reducing size is not important so I am not interested in compression or conversion.

How can I archive my TNG collection.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried DVD Decrypter or DVD Fab? Both are free and used by most of the people here.
