IS PRERELEASE A BETA OR A FULL BECOUSE I GET SOMETHING AND IT SAYS PRERELEASE AND I DONT KNOW IF ITS A BETA OR A FULL THAT JUST CAME OUT BEFOURE ITS REALLY RELEASE

And, prereleases are usually Alpha or Beta releases (maybe stable, but features missing), or more likely they're fake/virii, whatever.
