In nerovision (nero 6and7) I can edit mov files. What are you trying to do with your mov?

When making slide show mov is not supported.
Why not make a DVD video, not slide show?

DVD Shrink can make a slide show with a continous audio from a DVD video. You can make the DVD from mov first with Nero vision.
