Im getting the common message of 'Not a Valid PS2 Disc' but not at the same time as everyone else who has the problem on these forums.

Swap Magic boots fine. I swap the disc and before the disc is even spinning it says 'Not a Valid PS2 Disc'

Once I even put an authentic game in and it still came up with that message instantly. Although that will load.

When I try to load the backup it stops spinning and swap magic freezes until you open the tray.

Is it to do with my Magic Keys2

What media did you use to burn the game?
What game is it?
What version is your swap magic?

it is possible that it could ke the Magic Keys
If they are not installed correctly then the PSTwo would reset when you opened it to swap discs. And that could give you either a "not a valid PS2" message or a "insert bigger TOC" message
Do any back ups you have work? Or does this happen with all of them?
