I need help, I'm visiting China - on a business trip, and well, China being the hub of technology (more or less) I was hoping I can get a decent refurbished laptop, or, maybe just PC components and assembly my own! Any suggestions as to the places I can look? Anybody knows any manufacturers/shops that could be dealing with that? Currently I'm in Shenzhen so anywhere around Shenzhen and HK would be ok...!
