what is the file you downloaded, chances are its cdloader which you first extract using WinRAR then burn the bin/cue to a CDR.

It tells you in the download what you need to do...

1: extract this patch into same folder where bam-bia.iso is.
2: click "JUC-BIA.COM" (will take a while)
3: Burn "JUC-BIA.ISO" with your favourite burning software

Helps if you read the instructions.
