a lot of logs..........creaky where are you

there are some issues that need to be sorted:
Quote:
CdRomPeripheral : SAMSUNG DVD-ROM SD-816B atapi Port 1 ID 0 DMA: Off

this needs to be on

Physical memory : 511MB (523760kB)
Free physical memory: 177MB (181956kB)
you need to increase this.Turn off any application that is not neccessary while you are burning.
If you press ctrl+alt+del
how many proceesors is your computer currently running.33 is the optimun amount.

well i cant say you are over burning the disc as this says you havent:

The first thing that jumped at me was the media.

As for the log, I'll leave that to others that are more familiar with the program.

But good/poor burns begins and ends with the media.

Latest AnyDVD to rip > VOBB to blank the unwanted on a DVD > Shrink to compress > ImgBurn to burn = Never starting a thread asking how to backup a movie

I regret to inform you that it is not true, the latest release is 7.2.0.3b, but it is full of bugs, so I would recommend updating to 7.0.8.2 from here http://www.filehippo.com click on Nero 7.2.0.3 and then select 7.0.8.2 for a bug free version.

You have submitted too many log files for me, I can see that most were successful so you will have to go through them yourself, pick out the one you want analysed and edit out the rest.

As far as I can see you are using MCC manufactured media which is OK in my opinion.

Definately update Nero but avoid 7.2.0.3 and 7.2.0.3b.

If you are using memorex or any CMC mag discs, throw them in the bin.

Gwen et al will have to answer that as i have no intention of upgrading Nero past 6.6.0.18 until such time as i buy a new dvd burner that isn't supported...
