I get unstable download speeds after port forwarding.

After i do port forwarding on my BT voyager 205 i get all the remote peers and woteva, and speeds will go up to what they should be, up to 200k, but then they will go back down to 0k for a while. The connection is realy unstable, it just keeps going up and down. I am using bitcomet but have tried loads of other clients. I am on 2Meg connection, i have limited the download and upload speeds. Any help would be appreciated.

It's probably your ISP, or it could be that you're on torrents where the high speed people aren't seeding so well.

But, more likely, it's your ISP dropping your connection out.
