My Memory Stick has currupt data I can't delete. How Do I format it?

Well, I always wondered, how can you format it, I saw paddymail once back in Afterdawn posting this software which you burn onto cd and boot and it formats the memory stick. I have 2 questions;

1) Where is the download link for it, and wheres the instructions.

2)Is there any alternative, like just doing something on ps2 to format memory stick?

I assume you are talking about the memory card and not memory stick? Look here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/292163 for the file

As far as I know, the built in functions in PS2 won't let you do that. You can always take the memory card to a place that fixes PS2.. but that would cost money of course
