Some episode dvd's for some reason don't have the episodes linked one after another. what i mean by this is that after i play one episode and it finnishes it takes me back to the main menu.

what i want to do is re-author the dvd with the episodes linked together, i dont want to change menus or anything else.

my question is: what is the easiest/fastest way of doing this?

i'd like to work directly with the video_ts files, but am willing to demux/remux if absolutely necessary

what you want to do is change the DVD structure and keep the menus and extras intact! Well, you just discribed DVDRemake Pro! Here, read all about it and try it out: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremake/index.php
it's a challenge to find and learn how dvd structure works but in the end you will know how to use this program and be master over your dvd the way you want it! I use it exclusively, and espcially for episode DVDs! I'm spoiled and I like my DVDs the way I want them! DVDRemake Pro let's me have my cake and eat it too!
