i have a sony w8001 with a video on it, that i want on my computer. the file is in 3gp format and i have some software that will aparently play it.

only problem is, when i try to transfer it from the fone to my computer, the file literally disappears. even if i have the folder open on my fone, as soon as the usb lead goes in, all my videos just vanish.
this is most frustrating and the sony website doesnt even mention it.

anyone got any ideas?
