Does rebuilding games take out any content of the game?? thanx...

Not normally, no. All you're doing is reducing the size, possibly due to a false TOC. Sometimes to reduce size, you need to remove DUMMY files, which have no purpose to the game, other than to make it bigger on the disc.

correct, some games do have dummy or garbage files that need be be removed or the back up will not work with Swap Magic.
But no actuall game content is removed.
Unless of course you are rebuilding a game that is a DVD9(dual layer)
so that it fits on a standard DVD5 to work with Swap Magic.
Since Swap Magic can not play a DVD9 back up then some parts of the game like extras and movies need to be removed to shrink the game down. Games like God Of War or GT4 are DVD9
Most games that you make an ISO of that are over 4.7 GB are most likely DVD9
