What is the best software and what should I do to download the movies and TV shows t watch them , thanks in advance.

Well, all the clients do the same thing, its all down to personal preference at the end of the day.

Pick your client, then you can use any of theese torrent search engines to get your files:

http://filelist.org/

http://www.torrentspy.com/

http://www.bittorrent.com/

The list goes on really, once you've installed your client, just search for what you want in any of thoose sites and download the .torrent file, TomMelee's BitBible explains everything else you need to know, you can download his great guide here:
