Missing Torrents on Azureus

I've been using azureus for over a year now but a strange thing happened yesterday when i reset my pc and loaded up azureus none of the torrents were there anymore and the ratio seemed to of reset to 0. Does anyone know why this has happened and how to fix this? If i get the torrents back and force recheck the files will it continue the downloads?

You don't even need to force recheck, they'll pick up.

And your ratio as reported by Azureus isn't what your ratio is @ the site, it's easy for them to lose sync.
