virtual dub problem!

i want to be able to split avi files!

i downloaded virtualdub and wheni played back the split file the audio went off after like 20 mins!the original file the audio played fine!why did it do this??

another thing is i tried usin TMPGEnc to split the file, but when i done this there was no sound!

could any1 please help me with either of these problems??

Ok i think you didnt cut your movie using the keyframes. heres a guide on how to do it right:

make sure to cut along keyframes!!! very improtant.

i tried that b4, but followed them again just 2 make sure!

it plays perfectly for about 20 mins, then the sound just totally goes off!
