Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum problems

When I try to rip either from DVD or DVD on my HD, to Divx or any other format, my movies will jerk a little like a slight pause. I upgraded to the latest version, it now has movies audio out of sync. It does this on all my PC's. Anyone know what causes this?

How fast are your computers and what are you using to playback the dvd files?
I doubt this is a problem with the ripper, but could be.

im having the same problem. ever movie i convert the audio is anywhere from a half second off to a few seconds off. ive played with it over and over and still cant fix it.
does anyone know how??? please help...

I'd suggest using something else. I wouldn't use Xilisoft stuff if you paid me (well ok, but it would require some serious $$$'s).

Plenty of freeware stuff that can do the job. Ripping problems could be caused by newer protections (which break the DVD structure). So just ripping with something else could solve the problem.

to rip it use AnyDVD or dvdfabdecrypter. and AutoGK is good for encoding to XviD and DivX.
