im using imtoo dvd ripper platinum and i want to convert my dvd to RM (real video) format which uses video codec rv10. but after i finish converting, i tried playing it in realplayer but it requires me to download a codec. and after i downloaded that codec, i tried to play it again but it says 'general error'. can you help me solve the problem?
