For starters I would get a descent video card(onboard video uses valuable ram) and upgrade the memory to at least 512mb even better would be 1 gig. These upgrades would make a significant difference.
You might want to just save the money toward a new computer as these upgrades will cost you.

Main System- Amd/64 3800x2 currently@ 2.5ghz. Asus A8N-E,win.xp-pro.4x1gb.Ocz platnium ddr 400,Maxtor 40gb.& 250gb.ide & 2x W.D.250 sata,Benq 1650V dvd Reader & Benq DW-1655 Writer,EVGA Geforce 7600gs,Creative Audigy-LS,Antec 750w psu. Vizio 37"hdtv monitor 1360x768@75hz.

Most of the integrated cards are limited to how much ram they can share. Your best bet would be to pick up a PCI gfx card (off ebay probably) and slap it in there. Wont be the best performance, but it will smoke the integrated card. Something like this.

I ran an FX5200 for a long time and was happy with it. You can even OC them a bit.

Good luck.

Dont take this the wrong way, but use the search function on the site. There are TONS of pages about OCing. No point in repeating what has already been said over and over again.
Google is your friend as well. You should be able to find all the info you need to get a general understanding. Once you have some base knowledge, I'm sure you will have some more specific questions. Post them here (in a new thread) and we will enlighten you, grasshopper.
